Set For Life is an annuity game which offers the chance to win £10,000 a month for 30 years. 7. How do you play CASH4LIFE?
At any Florida Lottery retail location, you can either mark your selections on a CASH4LIFE playslip or tell the retailer the numbers you wish to play. On the playslip, select five numbers from 1 to 60 in the upper play area and one Cash Ball number from 1 to 4 in the lower play area. You may Quick Pick some or all of your numbers by marking the QP box in the upper and/or the lower play areas of the playslip. Since you select five numbers from 1 through 60 and one Cash Ball number from 1 through 4, it is possible to repeat a number for your Cash Ball number. The letters 'CB' will indicate the Cash Ball number on your ticket. CASH4LIFE numbers are drawn from two separate sets of balls in which five white balls and one green Cash Ball are selected at random.

During the CASH4LIFE drawing, five white balls (numbered 1 through 60) and one green Cash Ball (numbered 1 through 4) are randomly selected. Players win the top prize of $1,000 a Day for Life by matching, in any order, the five numbers drawn from the first set of balls and the Cash Ball drawn from the second set. The second prize of $1,000 a Week for Life is won by matching, in any order, the five numbers drawn from the first set of balls.
Players can win other great CASH4LIFE prizes, ranging from a free ticket to $2,500, by matching some, but not all, of the winning numbers drawn.

17. Are the $1,000 a Day for Life prizes paid in cash or as an annual payment option?
Except as provided in the Official Game Rules, CASH4LIFE top prize winner may choose to receive their portion of a top prize as an annual payment option or a one-time Cash Option. Top prize must be claimed within the first 60 days after the winning draw to select the Cash Option payment.
The annual payment option paid to a sole winner shall be $1,000 a Day for Life paid in annual installments of $365,000 based on the measuring life of the winner (no less than 20 years), each less applicable withholding taxes.
18. Are the $1,000 a Week for Life prizes paid in cash or as an annual payment option?
Except as provided in the Official Game Rules, CASH4LIFE second prize winner may choose to receive the prize as an annual payment option or a one-time Cash Option. Second prize prizes must be claimed within the first 60 days after the winning draw to elect the Cash Option payment.

19. How long will it take to get my CASH4LIFE top prize payment?
The participating states have two weeks to receive ACH transfers of funds from all nine CASH4LIFE members, so the earliest you may receive your CASH4LIFE top prize is on the 15th day after the winning draw date.
20. Can I claim a Florida CASH4LIFE winning ticket in another CASH4LIFE state?
No. All prizes must be claimed in the state where the winning ticket was sold.
21. When do Florida CASH4LIFE tickets expire?
Florida CASH4LIFE tickets expire 180 days from the winning draw date, just like all other Draw games offered by the Florida Lottery.
22. What happens to the money if a CASH4LIFE top prize ticket is won in Florida but is not claimed?

The CASH4LIFE annual payment option prize will go into the deceased winner's estate if the minimum 20 annual payments have not been fulfilled. Annual prize payments can continue to be paid to heirs, or the annual payment option may be cashed out by the winner's estate.
