In typical circulated condition, it’s worth $1, but a coin dealer may try to sell it to you for more. Even without any signs of wear, the coins issued for circulation retail for about $10 unless they are “gems” with a grade of 65 or higher. The “holy grail” of 1979 Susan B. Anthony coins would have to be the uncirculated, San Francisco mint “Type 2” proof, often going for around $70.
